The booking is allocated to an accredited driver in a road-worthy taxi vehicle
point The regulated fare is charged
point Any complaints are fully investigated
point Efforts are made to return any lost property
The trip is tracked with GPS and security cameras which provide valuable information to regulators and police
 


Taxi networks are accountable to the NSW Government for every booking and every journey.
Bookings outside this regulated environment are ‘off the radar’. This means that there is no record of the journey and no way to trace any complaint.
