Passenger Relations Officers or 'Commissionaires' supervise the Friday and Saturday night Secure Ranks, afternoon Supervised Ranks, plus Airport and Special Event Ranks.
To qualify you must have Taxi Industry experience but have stopped driving, know the Sydney area, and be prepared to work out of doors.
You must then undertake a one day course or an open learning course which covers:
