Chatswood
The NSW Taxi Council has met with representatives from Willoughby City Council to discuss options to improve taxi facilities at Chatswood taxi ranks.
Willoughby City Council has approved an increase of two taxi waiting bays for both the Victoria Avenue and Endeavour Street taxi ranks. Signage will also be installed at the end of the Victoria Avenue taxi rank advising taxi drivers to use the Endeavour Street rank if the Victoria Avenue rank is full.
Drivers are requested to use both ranks and avoid queuing beyond the end of the ranks. Willoughby City Council will monitor the progress of the taxi rank extensions.
