The Disability representatives include passengers with Physical Disabilities, as well as sensory disabilities, such as vision and hearing impairment. The committee has representatives from agencies and associations representing people with mental and intellectual disabilities. The committee also includes stakeholders from the NSW Taxi Industry across Metropolitan and Regional NSW.

Purpose - To provide improved services to passengers who look to Taxi services to help them solve their transport needs. For many, these passengers can be vulnerable people in our society who rely heavily on our services – we believe we must take extra care of them.

Frequency - Quarterly

Focus - To listen to stakeholders from the Disability Sector as well as the Wheelchair Accessible Taxi Service Providers in NSW, understand key issues and look to develop strategies to address and resolve issues in relation to the Taxi Service Experience for passengers with a disability.
