Public consultation has opened for the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017 (the Act) statutory review, including CTP (Green Slip) insurance for Point to Point Transport.

The Department of Customer Service Statutory Review Team is seeking feedback on whether the Act is still fit for purpose.

The DCS Statutory Review Team has put together a paper discussing key issues based on stakeholders’ past feedback and other issues that have been raised so far as a part of the review. The issues paper includes questions to help guide your response.
