The NSW Taxi Council informed its members and stakeholders of the NSW Taxi Industry that the Parliament of NSW - Legislative Council's (Upper House) Portfolio Committee No. 6 - Transport and Customer Service issued Terms of Reference, Media Release and an Invitation to make a Submission for the Upper House Parliamentary inquiry into the Operation of the Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Act 2016 earlier in 2020.
Please note, this Upper House Parliamentary Inquiry is separate to the Point to Point Transport Independent Review 2020 announced by the NSW Government earlier in March 2020.

The Parliamentary Committee would like invited stakeholders (individuals and organisations) of the NSW Taxi Industry to make a submission to the inquiry. The closing date for the submission was Sunday 31 May 2020 and the submissions are now closed.
