Ordering Taxi Fare Hotline Stickers Through the Industry Portal

Please see below the Communications received from the Point to Point Transport Commissioner regarding 'Ordering Taxi Fare Hotline Stickers Through the Industry Portal'.

Dear Service Provider, We wanted to let you know that you can now order replacement or additional Taxi Fare Hotline stickers through the Industry Portal. Below is a guide designed to assist service providers to order replacement stickers via the Industry Portal. If you are a taxi licence operator (Taxi Licence Holder) and would like more stickers, you should get in touch with your service provider. Ordering Taxi Fare Hotline stickers from the Industry Portal Accessing The Industry Portal Go to pointtopoint.nsw.gov.au and click on the “Industry Portal” button in the top right and log in. How to Order

  • Select the “Activities” tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

  • Select “Order Items” on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • An order form will be displayed. Some fields will be pre-filled. Update these as necessary and complete any blank fields.

  • Use the dropdown menu to select "Taxi Fare Hotline stickers” and input your delivery address.

  • Enter the number of vehicles in your fleet, the number of stickers needed, and any special delivery instructions.

  • Confirm all details are correct and select “Submit”.

You will receive an automated confirmation email, followed by another email explaining that the stickers are being sent once the order is approved. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, call the Industry Contact Centre on 131 727.
