ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
PRELIMINARY NOTICE OF MEETING
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the NSW Country Taxi Operators Association (CTOA) is to be held on Thursday 11th December 2025, commencing at 6pm. The AGM will be held online, via Zoom (Please note that further meeting details, including the Zoom Link to join will be sent out to Members who register to attend, closer to the AGM date).

The lodgment of notices of motion and calls for nomination must be received at the office of Taxis NSW by 11am, Thursday 27th November 2025. Notices of motion and nominations for Director can be emailed to admin@nswtaxi.org.au or posted to Unit 11, 85 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015.
Attached with this letter, is the request for nominations for the position of CTOA Director, a copy of the CTOA Director Nomination form and the proposed agenda for the AGM. Please note that a CTOA Member has the right to appoint a proxy who must be a member of the CTOA.
