The Art of Giving - Students make their own Taxi to keep in their classroom

The NSW Taxi Council together with the NSW Taxi Industry and our members led a Dymocks Children Charity pledge mission for their Duck library and Library Regeneration programmes and provided the students at Moree East Public School with over $5000 worth of brand new books for their school library. The pledge mission was conducted throughout the NSW Taxi Industry State Conference 2019 – ‘’Together Towards Tomorrow”.

Recently the children of Moree East Public School received the books in their school library and showed their gratitude to the NSW Taxi Industry by making their own Taxi to keep in their classroom.

A teacher from the Moree East Public School said, ”Moree East Public School would like to say a BIG thank you to Dymocks Children's Charities and NSW Taxi Council. To celebrate your overwhelming generosity we have had fun making a taxi that the students love to sit in (as a special treat) and enjoy reading their new books”.

The NSW Taxi Council would like to the Thank the lovely kids at the Moree East Public School for making an amazing Taxi and the Dymocks Children’s Charities for continuing their great work to promote the love of reading and improve literacy outcomes for children in Australia.
