The NSW Taxi Council continues to work on an ongoing basis with the Point to Point Transport Commission to ensure a COVID-safe Taxi Services in NSW.


The Point to Point Transport Commission provides regular updates and resources for safely assisting and guiding the Point to Point Transport Industry, including Taxis in NSW during COVID-19.


As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its far-reaching implications continue to unfold people experience a wide range of thoughts, feelings and reactions, including stress, anxiety and helplessness.


As a service provider under the point to point transport law you have a ''duty of care", so far as is reasonably practicable, to ensure the health and safety of drivers, passengers and others in connection with the provision of the service.


During these uncertain times, it is extremely important to manage the mental health and overall wellbeing of ourselves as well as everyone around us.
